X-rays can be taken on site or at our offices and a total of between 80 and 100 x-rays can be taken in an 8-hour day with the mobile x-ray units we utilise.

The x-rays are then sent for analysis by qualified occupational medical practitioners or radiologists who report back to the client, via the On-Site Occupational Health X-rays team.

In 2011 we upgraded our x-ray processors to digital equipment. We now keep digital versions of the x-rays and print only the abnormal cases which need to be referred. This is a much cleaner and more efficient system that also allows for faster feedback to clients.

Ensure the health of your staff20 Apr

Occupational health as a concept encompasses the health and safety of people at work. The purpose of the occupational health services movement is to actively encourage a work environment that is healthy, safe and satisfactory, contributing to the productivity and happiness of staff.

The Occupational Health and Safety Amendment Act of 1993 protects the health and safety of employees/workers. Also included is the health and safety of people using machinery in the wokplace.

As a responsible and law-abiding employer, you can utilise the services of professionals like On-Site Occupational Health X-rays to ensure the health and safety of your staff.
